I asked them to get my UTR

I asked them to get my UTR. Why would I need a UTR for a personal tax account. I am retired, why would I need a personal tax account. I have already paid you to do it. Thanks to this company I am now bankrupt.

If you need a UTR number, you can do the application online, and having your Personal Tax Account open will alow you to see the UTR number there faster vs waiting for the HMRC letter to reach your home.
