Awesome customer support
The customer support person, Shirley, was awesome. So helpful and patient as she walked me through the steps I needed to do. Clearly knowledgeable and so very pleasant and professional. It's easy if you know what to do, but confusing if you don't.

Stress Free Solo Proprietor
I had to file federal paperwork for a subcontractor for the first time as a solo proprietor. After worrying about using another federal form filing company, I discovered that Zenwork Tax 1099 was incredibly easy to use and just took five minutes to finish. This includes filling out the form, sending it to the IRS, and sending it to the receiver both via USPS and electronically. I'm sold and will definitely utilize them again in the future.

This is my second year using Tax 1099…
This is my second year using Tax 1099 for my small business. It is so easy and simple, you dont have to pay a monthly subscription. I highly recommend it to someone who does their own accounting. I hate most accounting software (like QuickBooks) because they have astronomical monthly subscriptions, and you HAVE to use their entire ecosystem just to format a 1099. It will cost you hundreds. This is SO simple, figure out how much you have paid your person over the year and then input their w9 infomation. DONE! Instead of spending 1000s over the year with quickbooks subscriptions just do the simple accounting with excell and pay the $37.00 like I did for the six 1099s. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Honestly, one of the only business tools I know that isn't a money-grabbing scam behind a paywall subscription and an overly designed app.

A scam.
Feels like a scam.
I submitted forms using Zenwork Tax1099. six days ago. My dashboard shows "submitted" but not "IRS accepted". I've reached out to the customer service but have received no response.

Paid for services, never received the services. Cannot reach support even when sending several emails to several email addresses, using their online chat (ai) and calling the customer service number (also ai), never able to communicate with anyone!! TERRIBLE!!

HORIBLE BEYOND BELIEF!
I had to create an account simply to download a doc that they could have easily emailed me!
This despite the person creating the tax document provided them my email address to provide me a copy of the document. I further found the layout and navigation of their site completely 'horrible' and non-intuitive to find my way around. Finally, it took me 5 emails (back and forth) to "support" to cancel the account that I did not need nor ever wanted. I'm sure they just want to sell my info and they likely do all their customers.
Horrible beyond belief! Lots of other great business for this type of service out there!

PERSONAL INFORAMTION CONCERN
It was the final few days to file my 1099s for contractors, and after ordering the physical forms from the IRS, I realized it was more than I wanted to deal with under a tight deadline. I decided to submit everything electronically using Tax100.com.
That decision turned out to be a mistake.
I spent close to an hour carefully entering my data, only to reach a point where I needed assistance because my state requires an additional form. That should have been a simple question. Instead, I was routed to an AI chatbot.
The chatbot was so ineffective that it actively eroded any trust or confidence I had in the platform. Each missed or irrelevant response raised more concerns, not only about usability, but about privacy and data security. When a service is handling sensitive tax and personal information, vague or incorrect answers from a bot are unacceptable.
What should have been a straightforward filing process became frustrating, time-consuming, and unsettling enough to make me question whether this is a service I would ever use again.
Even worse, I explicitly requested that my account and all associated personal information be deleted. Instead of honoring that request, I continue to receive spam emails prompting me to send out my 1099s.
At this point, my personal information appears to be sitting with a company that offers no meaningful human support, no accountability, and no clear indication of who is actually responsible for safeguarding that data. That is not just frustrating, it is concerning. Obviously, I would never recommend this company; in fact, I would warn people NOT to use it.
