The website was easy to navigate
The website was easy to navigate, the ordering process is quite easy. Delivery was super quick.
The teas I have tried so far have been very good.
My only complaint would be I brought 2 different herbal teas thinking I was ordering boxes of 15 tea bags each but what I received was 2 boxes of loose tea equaling 15 tea bags. So just make sure you read the descriptions well.
But other than that I would highly recommend.

The flavour is nice and not too sweet
The flavour is nice and not too sweet, however, the flavour is a little on the light side for my personal liking :-) I do prefer stronger flavours. Overall I still think it's a nice treat to have at home. I'm happy with it
The shipment felt like it took a little long but nothing out of the ordinary!
