I don’t know why this company has 5 stars, but they are very unprofessional. On their site it says you will get a response in as little as an hour. I never got a response. One of their managing partners Stuart ignored my initial email and phone call. Then I called him directly today and he promised to give me a call back within 15 minutes after reviewing my file. Not only did he not call me back; I called him back and my call was immediately sent to voicemail. So I sent an email requesting for my application to be cancelled as I found the lack of response unprofessional and IMMEDIATELY after sending that email, Stuart sent me an email back saying they were not able to approve my application. Complete joke and waste of time and unprofessional company. Whether I was approved or not; I should’ve been notified right away. It shouldn’t take me asking for my application to be canceled since I did not get a response for him for him to respond back to me.
