Terrible customer service and damaged item
Terrible customer service! Item I ordered was damaged when it arrived. It was wrapped in small sheet of bubble wrap, no box, for delivery. I contacted them straight away to say it was damaged and sent photos. They responded to say that it wasn’t their issue and that I needed to take up my complaint with the UPS driver that delivered the item. It wasn’t packaged appropriately, so I can’t see how it was the delivery person’s fault and not their responsibility when they aren’t the ones I paid for the item! I was offered a discount code on my next order. I certainly wouldn’t recommend them and definitely won’t be ordering from them again. Avoid at all costs!
