In July 2025 a warning appeared on Facebook which I rarely use saying that my computer was at serious risk and I was led to contact Tat Software, who installed a firewall protection program for a two year period. In this month my usual computer expert informed me that my own firewall protection was fine and the one installed was unnecessary. I feel that this is mis-selling to gain money. I am contacting the company prior to trying to claw back the money through my bank.

I was deceived into buying something when I later realised that my fire wall protection was not out of date
After complaining and action by my credit card the was settled to my satisfaction
