Are you kidding? Love the platform, traders and customer service. Stephen fantastic work! I had a slight problem and a few questions and Stephen was Johnny on the spot explaining the situation and adjusting verticals at my request , live. Same for the folks at the trade room. Highly recommend especially if your TOS transition to Schwabe isnt going so well. Why put up with it. Choose Tasty, Tom's doing great work over there!

Problem Report Response Time
Very timely response to problem report, recognizing the issue. I have written several problem reports to Tasty and a timely response recognizing the issue has been provided every time. My only complaint is that when a issue is addressed, there is no follow up communications to tie off the issue with the reporter.

tastytrade is a wonderful stock trading platform
tastytrade is a wonderful stock trading platform. The platform is very user friendly. The agents are very personable and knowledgeable and are always helpful in helping with any questions. When calling the wait time is very short if any time at all. The tastytrade website is very intuitive and well laid out. Special kudos to Steve and all the agents who have assisted us on the platform. They are all A+ staff.

Best platform for retail traders
Being a retail trader, never found best customer service and platform as the ones provided by TastyTrade! Love to learn and follow the live broadcast daily, it's like have my own office mates online!

Hat's off to Momo for excellent support
Hat's off to Momo at the suppport email site for Tastytrade. I have been an options trader for 18+ years. And I have enyoyed seeing Tom Sosnoff live with Dave Johnson at Think or Swim and Investools seminars. I had a question about my 1099 and gain/loss worksheet and had no idea who to ask. But some of the Tasty staff said to "email Momo at the company email support address, as his reputation was such that he is very dependable at getting back to people. Well. HE SURE WAS, and took the time to get into the weeds with my forms and even sent some screen shots back. This kind of service is very unusual for firms such as this. Thank you. I will let other know about this as well.

Excellent customer service. Never had to wait more than an hour (worst case) for resolution of issue.
As a long term user (since 2018), TT has been reliable both from a technical as well as support perspective.
