Poor customer service
I ordered something for next day delivery on 27 Dec. I hadn't received it by the 1st, so i emailed to cancel the order. Instead of cancelling it, they processed the order on the 2nd and refused to cancel refund me.

Excellent ordering process, a great choice of foodie gifts and super-fast delivery. The free chocolates were much appreciated! Can you sort out the annoying pop-ups on your website, however?!

This is a great company - I always receive my order quickly, everything is always exactly as described, well packaged and fairly priced. On the occasions I've contacted them (to ask about product availability), they've replied quickly and been very helpful & friendly. Couldn't fault them!

I ordered over Black Friday
I ordered over Black Friday, and it looked like my order was mixed up with someone else's. I contacted Taste from the Med, and it was dealt with quickly. My order was shipped out the next day, its arrived and was very well packaged.
