Ordered and paid for machine on Monday…

Ordered and paid for machine on Monday got a email to say it was shipped,still waiting and after 5 calls and emails and was told it hasent been processed yet but email on Monday said it was and was given a tracking number,have asked by phone and email today for a manager to call me but still waiting,take your money quickly but don’t rush to liaise with customer.
Managers must be scared to talk and ring customers,not to be customer friendly.
