Stole entire design from Google then loops users into a false 'delete account' link with no solution to actually deleting their account. Too desperate for users I see.

Basic functions have bugs left unsolved for years, ghost platform?
Basic functions, like sharing boards, doesn't work. After spending loads of time setting up lists in a board, paying for premium so she could share an entire board, my wife tried to share with me, but the link just takes me to an empty board. Then checking support, this issue was reported by a huge number of users, dating as far back as 3 years ago. Seems they won't fix it, despite promoting it as a reason to switch to premium. Waste of money, but worse, massive waste of time, as we had to use a different (functioning platform).

Joined premium, didn't give me access
I'm updating my review. After checking several times over the next day, the premium content suddenly enabled. I didn't do anything special, just kept checking now and then and one time it was there.
OLD REVIEW:
Signed up for premium trial. It took my payment info but never enabled premium. When I try to do a premium capability, it says you need to be premium. When I click to try premium again, it says I'm a current premium member. Now, I just hope I can cancel this so they don't start charging my account.

Great, caring customer service
Had an issue after being charged despite cancelling my free trial, but received a very apologetic email and full refund. It is always great when a company owns its mistakes and takes appropriate action to resolve issues. I really appreciated this and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks Tasksboard!
