Furniture was put together well, but not all furniture was assembled so I had to schedule someone else to come out to finish the job.

Francina was so lovely and professional! Not only did she do an amazing job for us but she was booked with last minute notice! Wonderful experience and I would 1000% book her again.

Everything that could go wrong did. The first booking appointment cancelled the day of the service order within the hour of scheduled arrival. I had to scramble to find a replacement. I looked for someone with experience which turned out to be a hoax. The tasker arrived late, started disassembling the items on a tarp without any substantial padding to protect the floors. I had to request that the person pad the work area. He then improperly assembled the item, which was a tv stand, TOOK the hardware, left part out of the installation and basically propped the stand up. This guy Lee J. left nasty fingerprints all over the item and left the boxes of trash on the floor in the home. This was the worst experience I have had in several years. Talking to customer service was difficult. They basically told me there will be no refund and on top of that I am out of the purchased item & installation fees for 2 taskers which is very unethical. these people lie about experience using stolen and stock photos to market on the site and the company is very aware of it. Ikea furniture can be put together better by a toddler that these people.

I was able to find excellent, reliable help on short notice, for a fair price.

Tasker wasn’t reliable, didn’t work hard. Not sure why I paid TaskRabbit a fee to qualify someone who wasn’t qualified.

Literally no one came and I waited for hours. I initially requested to unbox and move a freezer. I was told they can’t unbox and unbox it myself and update the instructions. I told them the site wouldn’t let me update the instructions, but I unboxed the freezer . She said no problem.

I waited hours and still had my time rescheduled and still no one came and I was still charged. I have to dispute this charge now. This is worthless site , probably just want your credit card and info. All the reviews here are probably fake. I highly recommend against using this site.

Easy to set up and use and had a good experience with the contractor.

This was my first ever experience of using Taskrabbit… My daughter-in-law was the one who connected me to the booking site. I have to tell you I was very hesitant as I had not had good experience from using Angie’s list for other such type services, but from start to finish, Taskrabbit was truly a great and exceptional experience. A couple of the taskers I attempted to hire canceled and Taskrabbit informed me immediately… I then chose Michael and I am happy to say it was such a positive and refreshing experience… He reached out with a couple of questions just to verify what the task I needed completed… He kept me in the loop from start to finish… Even up to the day of… I will definitely use Taskrabbit again and I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MICHAEL!!

Tasker was late and took a very long time to get going. 4 hours seemed a very long time for the work.

Having said that he did a very good job with our art and framed items.
