Horrible Delivery Experience!!
Your third-party delivery guys were horrible and not only put scratches but a very noticeable dent on washer. When delivery guys arrived at the house, I saw them using a mattress as a cushion to prevent scratches and being banged around in the bed of the truck. They had rope tying
down both items but that didn't prevent the damages.
No large moving blankets were used to wrap up items therefore preventing damages. Delivery guys showed lack of concern for our products and just wanted to make the delivery. Very unprofessional and I will not be recommending Dolly to my friends or family for their needs.
After speaking with Best-Buy, we were able to return the washer and received it a week later. This totally defeated the purpose of using your company since we were planning to install the machines that week. Your company definitely needs to do a better job vetting people who are delivering on behalf of your organization.
Next time, I will rent a U-Haul myself and do the delivery. Waste of $145 would be nice if your company refunded my money or at least partial payment back. Thank you

I had an exceptional experience with my movers! They text ahead with an anticipated eta to ensure they could meet my needs. They were timely, made sure that my item was adequately protected throughout the move, and respectful to me and of my property.

It was a convenient service, especially since our mattress company organized it free of charge. Communication was prompt and service was great - we were able to select a specific date and we were given updates in a timely manner.

WORST MOVE EVER
My first preference would be to give 0 stars. The initial movers rescheduled due to the truck having to be serviced. I had to push hard to find out if they were coming the next day or not. They arrived three hours after I was told over the phone that they would be there. I had switched from a box truck that I preferred to a cargo van. The movers showed up with a rusty truck and an uncovered trailer.
They were not prepared for a move, including not having a dolly or any type of cart. They they did not listen carefully to directions and placed two good chairs by the dumpster, which I was able to retrieve. The items were literally thrown into the trailer and the truck and strapped down with no cover.
The driver was surly and threatened to dump all of this stuff on the ground because he had better things to do.
Upon arrival at the storage unit, they literally threw the items into the storage unit, including throwing the chairs on top of everything. Multiple items were wrapped in the parking lot and occasionally run over by the by the storage units cart.
It was the worst move. I have ever experienced or seen. I ended up having to pay someone to move the large screen TV because they were not prepared for it and I didn’t trust them. It also extended my time at the apartment complex and I paid a penalty for not having everything moved on time. I also hired someone to organize and check items for damage.
I had three items damaged for a total of $175. Apartment by Dolly refused to pay the insurance claim for them because they had credited the move. Although I was glad I did not pay for the move, they did also overcharge me and I incurred additional expenses is listed above.
Amazing guys
Amazing guys. They were on time and did a professional job of delivering without damages. Any damage from before was recorded.
