Ordered 4 defusers received 3 emailed to tell them was told id ordered 3 sent the order I had made with 4 on said they would send the other one but never had to send more emails eventually got it

Absolutely fantastic quality

Absolutely fantastic quality. Stevie in the show room was amazing! The guys in there don’t rush you at all, give you accurate delivery dates and our delivery men could see how busy we were and even helped us build our furniture instead of taking their break. Incredible family run business with the best quality. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great experience shopping here

Great experience shopping here! The store has a great selection of high-quality home products, the customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Taskers!

Kitted our whole business out at Taskers and everything is at such a high standard. Delivery was smooth and the team were professional and careful bringing everything in. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Fast delivery

Ordered my dining set in store Saturday was delivered the following Friday fast delivery.
Anthony in store was very helpful as previous staff told me item was out of stock he came along a resolved the issue as item was available, I’d nearly left the store unable to order.

Delivery day two men came Greg and co very helpful set up my item no issues even gave me real time delivery.

I ordered a couch from Taskers in…

I ordered a couch from Taskers in January after being told at the point of purchase that delivery would take place in the week commencing 4th February. I made the decision to order based on that timeframe because I currently don’t have a couch, so the delivery date was an important factor for me.

Unfortunately, since placing the order, the delivery date has been pushed back three separate times. Each time I have been given a new estimate, only for that date to come and go without any delivery. I am now being told that the couch should arrive around mid-March, but given the repeated delays and inaccurate information so far, I have very little confidence that this date will actually be honoured. At this point I fully expect it to be pushed back again.

What has been particularly frustrating throughout this experience is the lack of clear communication and the poor level of customer service. Rather than receiving proactive updates or honest explanations, it feels like I have been given inconsistent information and empty promises about when the couch will arrive.

Had I known the delivery timeline would be this unreliable, I would likely have chosen to purchase elsewhere. Being left without a couch for months due to repeated delays is extremely inconvenient, and the way the situation has been handled has only added to the frustration.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I hope Taskers improves both their delivery reliability and their customer service so that other customers do not have to deal with the same issues.

Response to taskers reply : still waiting for them to reach out, more lies. Would not order a couch from these, stay clear and order elsewhere. After speaking to friends and colleagues this is a common occurrence with taskers. Ordered a couch from a competitor this morning and it's arriving tomorrow.

Good value, easy transaction, but no protection to prevent scuffing.

I ordered two 2 seater leather sofas. Competitivly priced. No waiting months to receive. The sofas were in stock. I am happy with the furniture. I would have given 5 stars, however, the sofas were delivered without any protection. The delivery guys slightly scuffed the back of both sofa's, which would not have happened if they had been protected.
