I was using targetedflow for my Kickstarter campaign for CircuitMess STEM Box.

I took the golden plan ($999). Targetedflow promised a return of 4x.

Unfortunately, Targetedflow made $0 in tracked pledges and told me that they did not start our campaign because of a billing error. They were really slow in responding and I was pinging them through the whole campaign that lasted for 60 days. At the end, they just told me that they never started it and that I will receive a refund in a couple of weeks.
Then they stopped responding and I had to raise a PayPal claim in order to get my money back.

This was a really bad experience and I wouldn't recommend TargetedFlow's services to any other project creators out there.

I wish Faye's review had been up sooner. Exact same story: "We're working on your campaign," but absolutely no activity whatsoever. They told me they could get my Kickstarter up to $30,000 if I paid another $800. When I said no because of a lack of produced results, they told me to pay another $300, and after the Kickstarter got to the promised goal, "pay the rest". I responded that I would (consider) upgrading to the expensive package if the Kickstarter got funded in the first place, only to receive no reply, which confirmed my suspicions.

At this point I doubt the Kickstarter will get funded nor do I think I'll get my money back when I ask for it, despite their "guarantee". Hopefully more victims will come forward, especially victims that DID pay the $1000 fee - if there's enough people, this case might be worth looking into with class-action.

This company, targeted me for promoting my kickstarter project with multi-emails insisting there was a money-back guarantee if they were unsuccessful in meeting my goal. The contact kept insisting that I had nothing to lose and everything to gain. During the phase of promotion for which I paid $149, they did NOTHING but continued to correspond with me promising reports that never came and then tried to get more money from me by promising ridiculous results at which point I realized I had been taken. I investigated further and found that some of the "successful projects" they feature on their site are bogus by contacting those companies,
some of whom responded that they had no contact with targetedflow.com. At my inquiries about there company, whoever continued to email me from "support" claimed to have been in business for 7 years and I saw in whois that they only began in July 2020. I was told in another email that their headquarters are in San Francisco, but whois data says Burlington, MA. The phone number listed has a constant busy signal when dialed (who has a busy signal these days?) I also believe that the people listed in “About Us” on their site are not real -- I tried to locate info on them. Based on the grammar used in some of the many emails I received, I suspect that only Rahul Sharma is running this scam. I am certain that I am not the only victim of this fraud and hope you will take whatever action possible to prevent this from happening again.
