Sent email stating jacket was not…
Sent email stating jacket was not measurement on size guide xxl=128cm, asking if wrong item sent in correct carry bag or if size chart was wrong, asked to send back FOC so it could be checked, no explanation just a refund, would of liked to know problem in case I could have a correct replacement or if size chart was wrong, too much to ask obviously!

Excellent website. Was able to buy a coat for half the price it was on the high street. Quick delivery and had to return an item which was easy to do and the money was refunded really promptly.
