I worked as a temp TA for Tara for almost 16 months until very recently when I secured a full-time role. That was due to a placement that Tara managed to find for me as well.

Their staff are professional, supportive & always have time for any questions you may have. I was always well informed & was never hesitant about asking for clarification about anything. They are always clear & helpful to candidates.

Tara works in a supply & demand business & when demand was lower, Tara always went the extra mile to try something different & help to find placements that may have been outside of my specific aims but they proved fruitful. As a direct result of this intervention, I was placed & then offered a post by the client.

I can do nothing but recommend Tara's services to anyone that looking for supply placements in the education sector in Shropshire & it's surrounds. In fact I couldn't recommend them more highly.
