Had some issues with delivery as per every order from America which is not this companies fault. However as soon as I messaged them to say I am being messed about my end the staff said they will get in contact with Fedex to find out what was going wrong and they advised they if any issues they would reprint my item and send it out with just me incueing delivery fee. The issue was resolved so i did recievew my item but I would say that the efficiency and speed at which the staff were ready to help with anythign and everything. For the customer service alone I would purchase again from them and the quality of the item i recieved was phenominal. Would defintely recommend this company to anyone.

Tapp make interesting and great products for Saiga12 and other items and offer great support.

BE WELL AWARE OF FRAUDULENT FEES FOR A REFUND IN THE UK.

Do not let this company make you believe as stated in their terms and conditions that you are accepting for a cancelled order a 5% fee for "admin". It's a scam. UK law dictates that distant selling protects you from this. They will cry wolf when saying its "PayPal new terms and conditions" , "we don't see any of the fee". That as a customer is not your issue. You are by law in the UK are protected. As soon as they charge you for the refund open a case with PayPal and another one with your bank 5 days later.

Don't let these companies scam you out of your rights as a consumer. They tried it with me twice. Once with an order cancelled within 30 minutes of an accidental order. The next one 4 days later as I didn't realise this company was scamming people. I've warned my local fields on Instagram and currently pursuing a stockist in UK. They have also tried this but now having orders cancelled due to this method of charging for refunds.

Be warned, this is illegal and please no one accept this, if you don't believe me contact your bank and they will 100% back you up.

Purchasing from overseas from this company. They had no right to give me a refund but they did with no questions asked.

I loved the product but the gun i bought it for broke on first use (after this i did not want the gun) so nothing to do with Tapp.

We purchased a really cool drum mag for the MP7. Had a bit of an issue with the HPA valve, but Tapp corrected the issue quickly! Great Mag! #rounds down range!

They are horrible don’t buy any products waste your money there material is not high quality and there shipping methods are expensive you pay double the warranty is not full they minus the expense cost for being returned cost paid the cost of shipping at customer expense horrible experience with this TAPP AIRSOFT think before you purchase and check the review horrible and totally unsafe product and they don’t lability for your accident they well say used it in your own risks well just saying what I’m experiencing with this TAPP AIRSOFT

Unbelievable good customer service, I ordered a mag from a uk reseller. That mag adapter was messed up. I reached out on instagram and within hrs had someone reply to all my inquiries. They send me out a replacement valve & tool and feed lip(I didn’t even notice the feed lip was broken). After that didn’t work they send me out a brand new one. They didn’t charge for postage which is amazing as it’s shipped from the USA to UK. The new mag works like a dream. 10/10 recommend. I’m even working on a custom 1 off adapter for a very unusual sniper rifle

The adapter fit after a little breaking in. Once the adapter was pressurized it would only shoot 3-4 shots before needing to reconnect. But using this while connected to the air compressor worked great! No feeding issues, compatible with most M4 mags, shot very consistently and so far reliably. My only other problem was i'd go through ammo so fast, It was just so much fun to use.

After breaking a connection with my own stupidity i got in touch to see what help they could provide.
After a couple of questions and a photo they sent the required part immediately.
I was out of warranty and had to pay a little but the person dealing with me done a great job.

Stop lying I have all of the evidence in writing from you saying you have refunded me and you contested it and stole it back and then had the cheek to refund me £20 after you told me to destroy the adapter wich I did and you still owe me £100 you refund the postage and that’s ridiculous

The QD valve wich is included and connected to the line is not tight. I had to buy another one... Pity.

The response time to emails and problems was fantastic. Customer Support was top notch.

Works reliably and feeds great! Part of the thin walls snapped during a game, but was fixed pretty easily using super glue and some tape. Very good tap, just gotta be careful not to break it.

You sent the wrong adapter and there is no answer. There is a crack in the screw insert. The nozzle you sent me was also sent another one.

My order was missing a piece, but customer service fixed my issue within an hour of hearing from me.
