I received my rug 7 weeks ago and was extremly angry on the terrible quality. It is a shaggy rug ..not thick very thin and it not at all dense. It just won't lay flat. It really is cheap and nasty. Far from the explanation given.

Carpet is good quality and really reasonable price. Perfect size for our living room. It quickly got settled and stretched since taken out out of the packaging, just few days. Our cat is the biggest fan, he runs so much and it is not damaged at all. Also comfortable to sit, good isolation from the floor. 10/10 recommend.

I bought ‘ Lush beige’.
I can't recommend their products. Immediately after purchase, the floor underneath the carpet was constantly covered in white powder, and after a week, the powder had already built up again to an unpleasant degree. I don't think their carpets are safe for the body too.

Quick delivery and happy with the rug

Carpet was different than the pictures, also the quality is absolutely shit. The rolling of the carpet already damaged it. They claim to have 'sales' but that's the real price of them up-selling you a 2 euro product. Do not buy from this company.

The customer service in Tapeso is terrieri. They are not able to send you the itsensä you have ordered and more over it's hard to get your money back. I don't suggest this company!!!

I bought in total 3 carpets and I’m so happy. They are of a good quality, fit well into my house and easy to maintain. I use Roborock and there is no problem to clean it. In order to get it flat I used water spray I usually take for my plants. In 2 days they were flat) I bought it by TAPESO because of the Trustpilot rate. I would like to share this review to help others to decide))

I ordered a 250CM round rug. I received a 230CM rug but didn't realize it at first. When I received an anti-slip mat and started measuring my cutting surface I noticed it was the wrong size (within 30 day return window). I had already thrown away the box and plastic bag it came in. Customer service refunded me the difference between the 230 vs 250 cm rugs even though I really wanted the bigger size. They were not willing to send me a new one so I could send the old one back in the same box. Too much of a hassle for me at this point so I'll live with it. For the quality of the rug, it's just a piece of cloth with a printed design on it and the print is already starting to peel up in places from my dog laying on it. I give it two years before we're ordering from somewhere else.

I have no issue with Tapeso products, but their problem is the delivery service they cooperate with namely FRL/packs and they know it is the worst delivery service you will ever see. 5 days from the day I ordered the rug, it happened many times before, yet Tapeso is not willing to enhance based on the complaints they received. They set up the date and time of the delivery, you keep tracking and when you ask FRL or
Tapeso why the item isn't delivered they keep repeating the same thing we will let you know when the delivery will take place.. I actually don't recommend these companies..

AWFUL DON'T BUY HERE!!!
After more than 2 months we still neither received the carpet, nor the money back, and the customer service is not excisting. The only channel that worked to give an answer at all was the chat, and even here there is just excuses that "the responsible colleague is not working today" and we never even received a sorry. I wonder if we ever get our money back, what a waste of time and nerves. Ridiculous company.

I ordered a carpet 6 weeks ago and it still didn't arrive. The reason is that the company messed up the delivery address and gave an incomplete delivery address to the deliverer. Have been sending back and forth emails with the customer service which appeared unnecessarily difficult. My questions remained unanswered and the carpet has still not arrived after 6 weeks. I also asked them twice for an invoice which I did not receive. If I had known that the customer service is that bad I would have never ordered here :(
