We love working with Tapacho! They are great at responding in a timely manner. They are super helpful and clear in their communication. I had a hat that needed some tweaks and they were great at revising it and making it look nice. I love that they send a picture of the pre-production samples of the actual hat before so that you can make sure everything looks good before printing. Hats are great quality! Highly recommend this company!

Tapacho executed a perfect art rendering based on my desired hat description and they answered the questions I had about the material and processes. They took multiple high-resolution photos that showcased the end product before I gave the production approval. The final product had 1 mistake, and the team at Tapacho quickly remedied the situation and I couldn't be happier. Through the whole process they had excellent communication and I never felt like I didn't know what was happening.
