I would have opted for a zero star if…
I would have opted for a zero star if there was one. The services and treatment I have recently received from Tap global is downright lamentable, it’s disgraceful to be frank. Since January this year my TAP account has been suspended and my money in it withheld. Numerous attempts to reach TAP to resolve this have proved unsuccessful. TAP in essence have kept money that belongs to me despite providing strong and compelling evidence in the form of bank statements and origin of funds. I want to use this medium to urge them to do the what rights, return my money. I can only hope someone looks into this and try to resolve it ASAP. Thanks

Please people wach out!!!! If you buy they handle €1000 more on the btc price and €1000 less when you sell. So they. Take €2000 on in and out trade on btc. Then the fees are extra!!!!

Slippage happens when you trade volatile assets such as cryptocurrencies. Unfortunately, it is determined by the network and the supply and demand of the token at the time of trade, and it is out of our control.

Great experience so far!!
Great experience so far!!! I have been using Tap for over 3 years now and I have to say that the interface is very user friendly. I can easily transfer money in my account, manage my funds and trade in the great variety of cryptocurrencies that the app has to offer.
Also very excited for the new cashback program. One of the best I’ve seen out there!!!

Am really disappointed from the service…
Am really disappointed from the service I got from Taptap Send United Arab Emirates I sent money from Taptap Send since 9th of June up to date I haven't received the money in my bank account I tried calling taptap send I was told to give 7 days that everything will be fine since then no body get back to me I keep on calling up till to being July 2nd I haven't still received my money. Guys be ware of taptap send your money isn't safe.
