This has got to be the worst company to work for, they make up there own Policies and procedures as they go along Especially Julie Smith, She’s HR,,,,,, wait there’s more shes wages clerk, and there’s more operations manger also ……. More like she thinks she Chief cook and bottle washer, This company advertised my Sons job after being on sick leave after 3 weeks, after being advised by ACAS they couldn’t do that as he hadn’t left the company he was on the sick, he was diagnosed with Heart failure even phoning him whilst he was sitting in his cardiologist consultants room it cause him to be on the sick for 6 months due to stress and bullying, and the final straw they deducted £58 of his final pay packet and not paying him nearly £400 for his holiday entitlement
Under ACAS guidlines this falls under unlawful deductions so my son will look forward to facing them over a tribunal ……£58 not worth worrying about it’s the fact when they are made to pay him back and they have a black mark against there name and company 🤭 …… stay clear of this Company as it’s certainly not worth the hassle 🫡🫡🫡
