Ordered 15 February. They had 2-3 day delivery shown on the website, but since this is an international order, I expected some delays which is ok.
However, as of 5 March, the order still has not shipped. I emailed 3 times, with no response to any email.
Almost 3 working weeks without dispatching an order, with no prior warning, is unacceptable.
The in-shop experience was great, the selection of yarn is amazing and the people working there were really kind. But I was badly advised and was not sold enough yarn for my cardigan. I then contacted them and ordered the missing yarn which arrived rather fast. Giving me a small discount to cover some of the shipping fees or even just a note apologizing would have been a good way to make if up for the mistake made. Overall it’s a nice store but you should double check the amount of yarn you’re being sold
This is one of my favorite Yarn shops in CPH, they are lovely and helpful. The yarn came nicely packed in tissue paper. they are super quick sending orders! I completely recommend their services.
