Buyer Beware. They didn’t deliver my order
I ordered 10 bottles on 17th July. Around a week later I received a box with 4 bottles. Why they were not all sent together in the first instance is unusual as a case is 12 bottles.
I made an enquiry about the missing bottles. The response said they were on route and being delivered separately. I’m still waiting. They have repeatedly ignored my messages. Terrible terrible service and I’ve been robbed of over half my consignment. Beware of giving this company your money.

Four nice Barolo's for good price
I ordered four nice Barolo's for a good price and after three days there were delivered from Italy into the Netherlands! I had some questions asked by e-mail and phone and the response was polite and quick. Next time I will order again at this party.

One month in, no idea where my order is
Ordered my wine on the 13th December, and still haven’t received it. If i had an idea of where it is or why i don’t have it yet i wouldn’t mind so much, it is more the countless emails asking for an update or resolution that haven’t been answered at all.
I wouldn’t bother if you are getting anything shipped internationally.

You have room to improve…
I find it silly that buyers are not allowed to use a discount code AND a gift card at the same time, when paying for wine. A gift card is a valid payment which has nothing to do with a discount code, so both should be allowed, as on other e-commerce platforms. Also, I think you could consider collecting back the paper-boxes you send as they are often reusable and perfectly intact, and you may give discounts for those who are collecting multiple empty boxes and shipping them back. So, not my fav. go-to shop.

I lived in Milan for a couple of years and decided to reunite with some old friends from Valtellina. There was an awesome wine festival there every autumn in Sondrio. Anyway...ordered on Thursday, delivered on Monday!!! Are you for real! Amazing. Vinissimus order took 4 weeks!!!! (Feel free to send me 10% discount so I can order 12 more)
