Just really disappointed
I ordered it 3 months ago because my mom was visiting. Didn't get it here in time so I tried to get a refund. Literally impossible. Non existent constumer service.

There is an image of the proof of delivery to the property. You should have been sent your tracking number however if you have not received this please feel free to email us at info@tangleangel.com and we can send this to you. You will be able to see from the tracking information the order was delivered and if for any reason you have not received this you would need to speak with the Royal Mail.

Great brush!!!
This item arrived well packaged and on time. It’s a really cool looking brush, my 13 year old says so!! It’s also really good to grip on to and it glides through tangles easily. It’s great to use on wet or dry hair.

We can see here that you ordered your brush on 30/12/2021 at 4.42pm, your order left our warehouse next day on 31/12/2021 on a tracked 48 hour service. Due to it being the weekend and bank holidays there will have been delays with the Royal Mail. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
We can see you emailed on 06/01/2022, we did reply to your email within half an hour of receiving it apologising for the delays, we also sent you the tracking information so you could track your order and asked you to contact us if you needed any further help. The only reason we can think that you did not receive this was if it went into your spam folder?
We can see from the tracking information that you have now received your brush. We are very sorry for the delays and hope you love your new Tangle Angel brush.
