This box is unreliable, my cousin brought me one for my birthday because I love sports, the box is always going out, you have to keep downloading the app it works for a few days and it’s out again. They want you to keep purchasing new boxes and never fix the one you’ve already purchased. Their support links keep timing out and you can never make contact with these people. I saved the last download link they provided for me to update my box and it reads site cannot be found. My box is older but it’s just a streaming box and something should still work. This company is being sued for copyrights please research, this is why it’s not working and nobody can be reached.

I have a Tanggula Tv Elite Max this box is amazing I have so many channels it's amazing all paper views are in there hella channels. I connected it with a Ethernet cable and it works to perfection. I used to have a different live tv but I pay every month.Tangula Tv is a good investment because no monthly payment.My only complaint is I wish I bought it sooner,honestly one of the best decisions I ever made don't hesitate to get it.

If you guys don’t know about this yet!!! Get a Tanggula box and save yourself hundreds of dollars a month on subscriptions!!! I have tried magic tv boxes over the years and this one is by far the easiest to use. Only had one outage over the years but customer service helped me resolve it quickly!!! A great product. If you don’t want to pay them in bit coin you can buy them on eBay through PayPal. Joanna and I love them!!!

Do not purchase from this seller. My experience with them is absoutely horrible. I made a purchase of the X5 Pro and contacted them to find out why it was not shipped. I was told that my payment was marked as High Risk but my bank showed as being paid. Well i was told for faster shipment to cancel the order and place it again with a link sent to me and i would be refunded for the first order. Wrong --- The first order was not refunded and i am getting the run around on my refund. I ended up disputing the charge and the bank gives them 30 days to respond to the dispute. So $359 times 2 is what i owe until the dispute is setteled if i win. They are horrible to work with on setteling my dispute. My advice is don't walk away from Tanggula-- RUN.
