Customer Service on point
My order took a little longer than expected but the customer service was on point. I didn’t even mind the wait because I was updated and kept in the loop about what’s happening (which was all understandable) I have nothing bad to say, I am yet to try the products but I expect great things. I will try all products from Afro Love until I identify the one my hair loves.

Hi so far the service was great, the products are great. The only thing is that I expected the wait time for the delivery to be earlier and I was given a discount card in my Purchase that I can't really take advantage of right now because I already bought products from you guys to last me throughout the month and I spent most of my money on other necessities. So I can't take advantage of the discount card. It would have been great if you guys had placed an open or unlimited date on the card or set it for the month end of August 2024.
