I have purchased in October an cover for my tandoor, I got the order confirmation, but never received the product.
They don't answer to the emails or phone calls.

Paid for a 5ltr camp fire pressure…
Paid for a 5ltr camp fire pressure cooker and express delivery. Soon got a confirmation email of my order. And that was the only contact I received despite calling and being told I would hear back from them within the hour (which was 4wks ago) and now not picking up any calls.
Do not order from these people, monitary gain by fraud.

Ordered kitchen foil on 3rd Oct. It’s now 11th Oct and the website still says the order is being prepared but no updates and they don’t respond to emails enquiries. Poor service so avoid.

Don't bother ordering from here
Ordered an item with express shipping via their website.
The item was never shipped, and a week after I ordered the item was refunded to me, minus the shipping cost (£6.50). The shop has not contacted me to explain why the order was (partially) refunded.
So essentially, I was scammed out of £6.50 and had my time wasted.

I ordered an afghan pressure cooker from Tandoor Adventures. When it arrived I noticed the screw in the lid that's used to tighten the lid is completely seized. So there is no way to tighten the lid up, therefore it cannot be used. I've sent Tandoor Adventures multiple emails explaining the problem but they have ignored all of them. I just checked Amazon & they have 1 review & that was negative. The reviewer mentions that the seller (Tandoor Adventures) was unhelpful in resolving their issue.
Update - yesterday I left a 1 star review on their website explaining my experience. Today (the next day) it has been removed. The reviews cannot be trusted

I bought a tandoor from this company in 2021 and am extremely happy with the product & customer service. The tandoor is well made & beautiful & cooks food wonderfully I thoroughly recommend this company & their products they are supremely value for money
