Ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding. I have been a customer since my teens, about 15 years. Never had an issue with my size until now. The size marked on the shoes is absolutely not the correct size nor does the webpage imply any other size details.
E-mailed customer service marked for my country, and got a useless reply that I have to pay for their misinformation basically. Nowhere on the page does it imply it is for feet that have their last 2 toes cut off.
Now their returns are only accepted in Germany, the head office apparently. Even though they have many locations here and warehouses closer than that. They expect me to pay half the price of the shoes(29EUR) to return their mess myself through our local postal services.
This is absolute nonsense. Never shopping with you again. I want my money back for a product I did not order!
Nothing exceptional, but also nothing wrong.
Delivery on time. I've missed option to track the parcel en route.
If I find something nice there, I would order again from them.
Delivery time is longer then the 2-3 days written on website. Servicedesk says sometimes this is possible, buy most times it's longer. Waiting for order more then 1 week.
They used the Hungarian Post instead of DHL. It took a lot of time to recieve my parcel (actually I still don't have it). I would have never ordered from them if I knew they would use a different parcel service - Hungarian Post is by far the worst.
Tamaris did not include my complete address on the parcel, they mistyped it. They did not put my phone number on the parcel either.
Avoid.
