Selling products that they don’t have
Selling products that they don’t have, then not returning money fast enough.
Product they don’t supposedly have is still ‘available’ on their store, and after 8 days my money still hasn’t been returned.

Didn't deliver what promised. Not interested in finding alternatives or solutions. Don't take any responsibility on anything.
Waited six weeks for products. Got unbelievable message about factory breaking the products. Same time they're selling same stuff on their web sites. Would have to wait for another six to indefinite weeks...

Had to wait 7 WEEKS to exchange a door because they didn't bother to provide thorough information on their website.
Ruined holiday, cancelled airplane tickets and paid a contractor (for nothing).
Will never order again.

Order placed on 30.4, two weeks later no tracking.
Customer service is trying to be helpful but since it's subcontracted all they can do is pass on the message but no one from Taloon is answering.
The online store is a trap and support waste of time. This is the first and last order from Taloon
