Disappointed
To be honest we have used NORAD a couple of times and had great holidays but this last one did not live up to our expectations.
Unfortunately we did not get the standard of hotel we requested but trusted the girls in the office for their advice. The area was lovely but the hotel although ok was not up to our usual standard.
Would only use NORAD again when Joe is in the office!
