Great style shoes

This product is laughable, firstly it took a month to arrive and when it did I put it in my shoe for a nice snug fit but there was no space in the shoe for my foot !! Waste of money.

The company needs to be more transparent to their overseas customers where it comes to their returns policies.
It took me a few emails for them to send me the correct link to be able to return. They bombarded me with ‘leave a review’ email reminders after the boots arrived.
Yes they stipulate, you have to pay return postage, but if you’re not in the States you’re in trouble!!!!.
In the meantime I just want to warn people especially living in the UK, you’re taking a huge risk if for any reason you have to return your shoes. Shipping costs could work out to be nearly 1/2 the costs of the shoe itself (we purchased a pair on sale).
I wrote the company for a refund which they agreed to after we returned the shoes. What caught us out you actually end up paying more money (the Post Office) quoted £25 standard or nearly £30 if tracked! you end up spending more to return shoes that you don’t even want!
Why did we want to return them? The shoes, although well made, made my husband look bottom heavy, like the Tintin character because the boot itself came up a lot more larger than the size it professed to be! Be aware of the pitfalls… before placing your bets!
I told the company this and their response was basically ‘tough’ referring me to their shipping costs stipulations.. This hasn’t helped us, but I hope our experience helps someone else.

An absolute nightmare to talk to. The shoes I ordered were never delivered and when I requested a tracking number originally it was not provided, when I rang I was able to get one so the initial request was a lie that they had none. I have now confirmed with them that they were sent back to the due to a customer issue. Through no fault of my own. I have requested the shoes to be sent out or refuned but they are refusing to do anything until they have them back. Non of this was my fault and they know where the product is so they should be reissuing me a new pair right away. I find them dishonest and rude I doubt I will ever see the shoes or money from them. Do not shop here.

Talllman is usually great, however, the shoes I purchased are extremely difficult to put on. They have a very strange opening for your foot to slip into, never seen this before. Had to cut sides so my foot could slip in!

I think the price is decent for the quality of shoe. But this is also because I have not shopped any other height elevated shoes to compare to. So with that in mind this far it’s good.

Never again. This company forces you to not only submit photos, but pay a $10 fee to make a return. So if you have already packed them up for shipping, you are forced to waste all of your work and take required photos of the shoes. Stupid. Shop elsewhere with much more favorable return processes.

I did receive the shoes a week prior to the (lengthy) estimated delivery date, and they look nice enough. However, the size 13 is 2-3 INCHES shorter than standard size 13!!! That is more like a size 10 than size 13. Not even close. Such a disappointment because shoe sizes are supposed to be standardized, and the shoes weren’t even tried on; just the one shoe removed from the sock and placed next to another shoe for size verification, then returned to the sock and the other shoe still in the box, and a return label immediately printed. A waste of everyone’s time, and my money, all because of incorrect sizing. There is a 25% restocking fee, and international customers pay our own shipping, netting me a possible refund of maybe $40USD, if I even get that.

This company is a fraud. I ordered a size 13 and they sent me a size 11 and do not collect returns.

Shoes not worn every day and when worn only for a couple of hours.
Warm temperate climate here, not humid, not rainy, not close to the sea and therefore without salt. Now it's winter and it's 15 degrees during the day.
Shoes kept in shop condition as I care about them as they help raise my height... cleaned regularly with soft cloth and protective black polish.

Despite all this, the shoes have started, after only 2 months of life, to lose whitish material from the seams... completely useless every effort of mine to delicately clean using black polish for shoes... the seams are ruined more and more every day and the shoes look like they are 3 years old instead of 2 months old... and I kept them maniacally, let alone if I had used them like normal people do.

I absolutely do not recommend the purchase, I'm 40 and I've never seen shoes do something like this and last so little time, not even those bought for 20 euros in Chinese shops. I deserve a full refund but I already know that no one will ever give it to me, a site that sells such poor shoes obviously aims to scam customers; moreover, the reviews on the site are clearly piloted, I have tried several times to send mine accompanied by photos but it has never been published. I will never shop here again.

Cheep quality very high price. Worst customer service.

Shoes were delivered when promised and were just as described.
