As usual, the shoes were great…Only issue I got is with the shoe laces for the boots. They don’t seem to be the correct one. They tend to get loose when wearing the shoes.

Is good; it was delivered a week after expected date & also confused on how the points work. but other than that, long time customer. no complaint

Disappointing Product Quality and Customer Service
I purchased a pair of shoes from TallMenShoes.com based on their claims of “high quality” and durability. Unfortunately, the shoes crumbled after just one use, clearly indicating poor craftsmanship and a defective product.

While the company initially apologized and agreed to a return, they refused to provide a prepaid return label, despite consumer laws requiring sellers to cover return shipping for defective goods. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, their response was dismissive and unhelpful.

I expected better quality and service from a company that prides itself on its reputation. Buyers, especially international customers, should be aware of potential difficulties in resolving disputes over defective products.

I loved the quality of the shoes and eventually will buy some more because of the quality and beauty of the shoes.

We love the shoes. I love that my husband is taller with them on and I can wear heels. He seems to feel more confident with a bit more height.

It could be better if you have half sizes for a much greater fit.. nevertheless your shoes are awesome!!

I love how easy shopping experience was. The shoes / boots are not only good looking but also so functional and priced right. I love them so much that we purchased 10 pairs so far.

I hate requests for Feed Back about products or company services. If I'm not satisfied with any company or products, I don't have a problem communicating any dissatifaction. The previous order for a pair of Boots was terrible. . The Top material has cracked and they came with very cheap laces that are easily worn away by the Steel Eyelets.

The shoes were delivered on time and in excellent condition. Exactrly what was ordered. The free shoe bags and shoehorns were a nice touch.

Really appreciate the wide variety of styles that are available and in various colors. I've purchased a number of shoes and sneakers and have been very pleased with all of them.
