Got some pants for my girlfriend as a gift. She absolutely loves them! Very high quality and amazing fit. And the customer service I received when I had questions about sizes was so fast and friendly. I would highly recommend this brand and will definitely shop with them again!

Disappointed
I had a bad experience with the support. I wanted to return an item and after I asked for a refund 5 times I got a reply. My package wasn't arriving at their address and I did not get my refund until 3 months or so.
Furthermore, the pants were very thin and in my opinion of bad quality fabric. The sizing chart did not fit me although I measured my size.

Tall Finds is a specialized brand for tall women, and our products are intentionally designed with different proportions, lengths, and fits than standard fashion brands. Because of this, our sizing does not always correspond 1:1 with conventional size systems. To support this, we provide detailed size guides, fit descriptions, and offer free size exchanges, as it is very important to us that our customers find the right fit.
Regarding product quality: our items are produced with carefully selected materials based on the intended purpose of each product (for example, softer and lighter fabrics for comfort-focused styles). Preferences for fabric weight and fit can vary significantly from person to person, which we fully respect.
Concerning support: we always aim to respond transparently and fairly. If an issue cannot be resolved in the way a customer expects, this does not mean it was ignored or handled unprofessionally. Our customer service team reviews every case individually and in line with our stated policies.
