The communication was horrible. When I finally did get a response to my email the concerning extra fees that were not mentioned as I ordered, I had paid the fee and the order had already arrived.

Wrong colour of PK22 covers
We purchased two covers for PK22 chairs of colour dark brown, as shown on the website. They were sent directly from India. They were of colour dark grey and not dark brown. We were disappointed.

Leather covers for Pernilla. Bad fastener alignment.
Barely fits. All fasteners can not be used, a handful will not snap into place despite near-violent stretching and deployment of force.

Very nice product and store
Very nice product. I ordered for 7-chairs. Took a bit of time to receive it and a bit of a struggle with some taxes from DHL since it was shipped directly from India. But Support was contacted and I got a refund on the taxes.
I really recommend this store. I order almost everything online so I have a big experience on online stores and shopping.

Buyers beware
Four weeks ago I ordered new leather for my PK22. I received the wrong product.
I have tried to contact the seller (Deszine Talks) not a sound in response.
They do not seem interested in solving the problem! Now I am left with a product I cannot use, I guess I have to say goodbye to 600 USD
