Lola is an absolute superstar – couldn’t have done it without her

As a first-time buyer of a buy-to-let property, I was really nervous about the whole process – especially with an auction timescale involved. Things could have easily fallen through or gone off the rails.

But then there was Lola.

She went above and beyond from start to finish. What really made the difference was how she constantly chased the solicitors and the auction team on my behalf. She took so much pressure off me and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Her persistence was incredible – she kept things moving when others were dragging their feet.

What I like about this product is how relatable Vijay is to what i would say may be the majority of people that are getting into property sees to be. The course provides the most basic information, as well as advancing levels of knowledge. This means its genuinely for everyone. I also really like the community discussion where you can ask questions from mentors and other members. Top stuff.

I had a really bad experience before working with Talking Houses. I dealt with another sourcing company and after around 10 months and five different properties falling through, I almost lost interest completely. There were always reasons why things didn’t move forward, and it became very frustrating.

I first came across Talking Houses in 2024 when I started property training through Property Launchpad. Then in September 2025 I got back in touch with them about sourcing a property. From the start, Mike and Vijay were helpful and gave clear information about the process and what to expect.

The difference was obvious. Instead of things dragging on, the whole deal was completed in less than five months, and we collected the keys at the beginning of February. It was still stressful — property always is — but the communication and follow-through made it a much better experience.

Overall, I’m glad I went ahead with them and got the result in the end.
