Absolutely zero customer service. Despite several emails, phone calls I had zero response to an issue. They can stick their "service".
Mobile service is great as they use EE.
The let down is the time it takes to receive the SIM card from them, the website says they post via 1st class mail but they use 2nd class. Takes over a week for the sim to arrive, and if you are unable unlucky like me and get a faulty sim it takes another 7 to 10 days for the replacement even though they promised it will be sent by 1st class post.
Quick enough to take the first payment when you order though.
Purchased a travel mobile pack and its been a week waiting for them to process the payment. Wont refund even though its no longer needed as my holiday is now finished. Arrogant and pointless customer support.
