Professional service
It was a very professional and courteous service. While a I had to wait longer than expected for the ride from the airport the return trip was very punctual. I would certainly recommend them.

DR needs organization better at airport pick ups
Visiting other countries, like mexico for example. It seemed that DR had individuals waiting for the rides instead of whomever showed up first. It took too long for the ride at the airport to the hotel and it clogged up the airport. There should be a place to pick up passengers so the next vehicle will be waiting for people...then make them a return trip from the hotels if possible. Need to be organized better, other than that, the drivers were very friendly and great. No problems with service.

… Very Poor and Unprofessional Service in New York
We are in New York and we had a very disappointing experience with this service. The driver arrived much earlier than the scheduled pickup time and insisted there was heavy traffic, claiming he had already been waiting for two hours. Because of this pressure, we were forced to leave earlier than necessary and ended up arriving at the airport about one hour too early, which was completely unnecessary and inconvenient.
