Absolutely dreadful took them 3 attempts to get my necklace right after making mistakes on all remade items, was for my wedding day and they’ve took that long i no longer have a necklace to wear for my wedding and have ruined my day in a way none of the staff there will ever realise. Awful customer service especially from Alexander no urgency to solve my problem.

Super cheap unable to connect clasp to necklace, no jump ring
Received necklace and there is no jump ring
Had to use clasp on the chain which the hole is impossible to connect to

No gift wrapping/ stained jewellery bag.
Didn’t give an option to gift wrap, I assumed it would come with a little bag but unfortunately. The bag the bracelet was in had a brown stain on it, meaning I had to remove it to gift it. The bracelet itself is lovely.

Beautiful Customizations backed up by fantastic Customer Service
The customizations they do are beautiful. I was looking for a more subtle customization than name plates for a gift bracelet and having the zodiac signs on their "Zodiac Picasso Jasper Men Bracelet - Sterling Silver" was the perfect option. But as importantly when buying a product is having attentive, caring, efficient, and responsive customer service. After the product's tracking showed it sitting in Belgium for several weeks on its way to me in Portugal, Hanna at Talisa said that was long enough and it appears lost by Belgium Post she quickly put in a complimentary replacement order. It arrived and was just the perfect gift I was looking for. I definitely recommend Talisa for their fine products, customization options, and customer service.

The original bracelet I received was nice, but I had four personalized names and you couldn’t see the names as well as I would have liked so I let them know that. They were very good about reaching out to me and wanting to make it right. They had me send back the original bracelet. I just received the new bracelet and the names are more bold and you can read them better. Also, I did change the stones on the bracelet at no cost. What I liked about them is if you weren’t happy with something, they reached out to you immediately and wanted to take care of it so I highly recommend working with this company.
