The app used to book shifts is very user-friendly, with plenty of working opportunities available. Working with Talentra has broadened my care experience tenfold, and I’ve gained valuable experience and competencies across a variety of different care roles. They also offer support roles working with people with more complex needs, which provides even more opportunities to develop your experience.

The flexibility of the work has also been really helpful for me alongside my studies. Being able to choose shifts around my timetable means I can balance working with my education without feeling overwhelmed. There are plenty of opportunities available, but I still have the freedom to decide when I’m able to work, which has made Talentra a really convenient company to work for.
