I had the worst experience with Talentgum. Registered for a lesson program but the teacher used to teach the same thing again and again. Additionally, during that same time I started raising that concern with the Talentgum Team to help.
They would send out multiple emails and messages stating how they r looking into this matter. After few days - no changes were done and I requested the refund of my remaining sessions- followed up for so many months with them, each time I get is just an email stating that how they r looking into matter and other side few emails would also state they have escalated this issue to seniors and my ticket will be closed.
Trust me they followup till the time u have not enrolled and will follow up for renewal of lessons course - other than that service is not at all good...instead worst.
I would suggest think twice before registering for this session.

The worst platform I have ever encountered. I have been doing online courses with many websites in the last 5-6 yrs... Never experienced this amount of frustration and humiliation.
They promise something and give almost nothing
There's absolutely no contact number that we can use to convey our grevience.
Everytime you have a query rise a ticket on the mail, that will be responded only after 48 to 72 hrs or may not get responded at all,

Mostly on time lessons. No direct teacher feedback to parents even though they repeatedly tell you that the teacher will contact. Only time Talentgum reaches out is when you are due for renewal. Renewal too, they claim x sessions free when you register for y sessions but that's not the case. They are charging you extra for the x sessions in the background.

I enrolled my son in the keyboard classes and he finds it fun. They mix songs and practice together. The teacher is friendly and keeps motivating kids, so they do not feel pressure to learn.

Lessons are solid; my daughter has been progressing well. Great support with helpful and understanding customer service.

Beware of TalentGum. When it comes to refund the fees, they really act as 'Gum'. They don't have dedicated tutors and all their tutors work as a part-time for side hustle for their pocket money with very poor quality of teaching.

I have enrolled my child for a coding course. When I have enrolled, they have mentioned that they will refund the fees if not satisfied the classes. I have requested for a detailed curriculum at the beginning and they did not provide. Once the sessions have started, I realised that the tutors were not engaging, very less experienced and teaching things like playing games just to attract the children. They did not teach theory/foundation, which is very important in my option. After changing the teacher three times, I requested to stop the sessions and instead refund the fees. However, they are refusing to do so and instead trying to sell other courses and I am not keen. I am in the process of filing a cheating case on them.

If you want to give pocket money to unknown teachers, you are well positioned to go with TalentGum. If you want your children to learn, there are lots of AI tools and videos available online. If you think this is an investment on your children, invest in a mutual fund instead of taking courses from Talentgum.

Talent Gum owners and management are cheaters and only want to earn crores of rupees through cheating parents and force them to join this platform and get 5 star ratings so that they can fool other parents with the ratings.

All Indian & worldwide parents should always give one rating so that they don’t cheat other parents and earn crore of rupees from us.

Talent Gum education institution is the worst learning platform, and no one should join any course on talent gum. So many sales representatives will trap you and force you to join and will give you huge discount but don’t get trapped.

Talend Gum doesn’t have any professional teachers and once you are enrolled, they will keep on changing teachers to make you happy, but your child will not learn anything which has happened in my son’s case Master Reyansh. I have registered for 1 year course after seeing good ratings but no professional teachers and after attending 24 classes the child did not learn anything and asked for refund, but no one entertains you and comes up with agreed terms & conditions which are in their favour. Refund policy is designed in such a way so you will not be able to come out if you have done 1 class out of 100 and if you ask for refund the whole money will be forfeited and will explain so many charges that you will never agree to take refund and forcefully you will have no option left to take all the classes with the same unprofessional teacher. You will lose the time and money both so request all parents pls don’t enroll with Talent Gum in your life.

All talent gum staff and owners are cheaters and always find excuses to torcher parents and take money out of their pocket. All the worldwide parents don't want you to feel the frustration that's why writing my feelings which is am facing to get my full refund of RO 125/-paid. Rest up to you to decide. The talent gum institution has been the worst education platform seen in my life.
