Customer Care service is pathetic. Better to fire the team and bring in a chatbot to give the same response for any question asked by the customer. I'm a pro subscriber and order a product which I received in a damaged condition as well as the size doesn't match. Every time I talk to the customer care team for an exchnge, I hear only them saying that my feedback has been considered and closing the ticket without my consent. Where on Earth this can be called as providing a resolution? Customer Care team in Qatar region are utterly useless and should undergo a professional training. There is no email for escalating the issue to the line managers. Customer Care team denies to answer the use of Social@talabat(dot)com email, I presume they doesn't even know the use of it.
Do not expect the consumers to use the trash that's being delivered.

The worst customer service support ever. I ordered 1 kg of arabic sweets, paid for 1kg. Received 1/2 kg. After reporting on the app, 2 days later, customer support refusing to believe that it's 1/2 kg, and asking me to get a scale and weigh the item. When I told them I called the shop and checked, they are accusing me of lying. I will never order from Talabt again. I've been a Talabat Pro customer for years, always ignoring minor mistakes, but ripping me off with 60 AED difference, thats a no.

I have waited for my meal 90 minutes, burger and fries came completely cold.
This is unacceptable, on top of it you get 20 aed voucher which isnt even half the price of my meal!
If the food shop is so far away and cant comply with the normal times of receiving, it shouldnt be on the list, plus company definitely needs more drivers.

Very poor service on all levels.Orders are given to the wrong riders, cancellation funds are forced into Talabat pay and not into the account itself. Vouchers are hard to use.lnfact lm out.

If I can give 0 star, I will. I have a very bad experience in Talabat. I ordered a room heater last January 25, 2026 and was disappointed as the item arrived was not working properly, I was sick and was scared something bad might happen like an electrical issue and might cause fire. So I contacted Talabat to help me contact the seller to maybe change the item but they refused saying that I needed to contact the seller directly. I told them I ordered the item through their app and what's the customer support for? That time I can hear my own voice in the back ground, so I assumed that they might loud speak the call. I can hear people laughing in whisper. I am felt to humiliated and ended the call. I start another chat through their customer service hoping that I can talk to a decent customer representative but then they called instead and was got yelled at. I was so confused as I was just asking them to help me contact the seller. They said it was not impossible. I eventually found a way to contact the seller myself and they thankfully replaced the item. I will never ever use talabat again in my life. I was traumatized.

Your services going from bad to the worst I have seen for over 2 decades of using your app, orders were two hours late , drivers calling me to cancel my orders as they can’t wait longer in Lulu to pick it up ,your call center promising without deleivering Any services, an order at 1424 receiving message from your chat app at 1636 that the driver on the way with less than two hours for the Iftar time
I have been loyal to this app with all the hiccups I have seen through the years but this one topped it .
I am leaving Talbat’s app for the poor, unprofessional customer services that I ever encountered.
I tried to be polite unfortunately your way is not helping at all .
My amount should be back in my account and I assure your that I won’t recommend you or your services putting in your mind that I work at Zayed airports over 25 years and I will make sure that I will spread my experience to all my colleagues

I had a very disappointing experience with Talabat. I placed an order and waited for more than one hour, even though the restaurant had already prepared my food and confirmed that it was ready. The problem was clearly with the delivery.
After waiting over an hour with no update, I contacted Talabat to ask where my order was. Only then did they call me and inform me that there were no riders available and that they would “try to find one.” This should have been communicated much earlier instead of keeping me waiting.
Eventually, instead of resolving the issue properly, they cancelled my order, leaving me with no choice but to go and pick up the food myself.
This level of service is unacceptable. If there are no riders available, customers should be informed immediately — not after waiting for more than an hour. Very frustrating experience. I expected much better.

I requested a gift from talabat and sent it to the concerned person. I clearly mentioned in my notes not to deliver the receipt since it was A GIFT and I even called the shop and asked them to inform the driver not to give the receipt.
By mistake after 4 hours I knew from the person that the receipt was handed over with the gift with the full amount mentioned on it.
I contacted talabat through the hotline and shamelessly they didn’t take any action since the reporting was after 4 hrs from receiving the item and not during the first 2 hrs.
LOL! That’s very sarcastic! Am I supposed to ask the gift receiver if he received the receipt on spot so talabat can get back to talabat within the two hours period?
It is a general policy and not case by case?
Such cases are managed by Robots?
That’s so unprofessional and i was very shy in-front of the person due to that and that ruined my surprise.
