Excellent experience. Get paid well for studies and really quickly.

Took part in a medical research, it was clear and straightforward from start to finish, and received my payment for taking part in time.

I participated in a recent survey and for me the fun things about the survey was that it was explicit in all corners, easy to understand, swift interactive interface, clears visual and sound. The time taken was considerate and not lagging. Most importantly it was educative and cash rewarding

Payment was later than other surveys and content was very outdated and simple really not good value for the client could have been more productive

After signing up on the platform, my first call was booked, and I loved the entire process, from the call to the consultation to the payment stage.

Taken over 2 years to do a study with these people. The study itself was quite interesting but it was nothing to do with the middle company which I'm reviewing now.

First problem is you don't actually get paid for your time or travel or offered any water etc. on the day, there's a payment 30 days after the study which I'm having to chase up - I think this is poor.

The communication / response from the company is terrible and is such a waste of your time. Been chosen for a study several times and replied, it's so frustrating. The staff themselves are almost impossible to get hold of and have a kind of snotty superior attitude. They obviously feel they have lots of candidates already and already have your data (see below).

They only become "efficient" and communicative when booked on a study.

Another warning is they actually harvest LOTS of data before the study several times and conduct comprehensive market research with a variety of questions in different formats - so essentially get your personal data and time for free. Disengenous to say the least.

I'm not impressed so far. I hope they take the negative comments onboard and improve.

Gentle prompts from researchers when necessary
Payment is received as promised for the task
