Scammers with horrible customer service! I paid £160 for a NatWest test, but due to technical issues, it couldn’t be completed. Since I wasn’t aware NatWest doesn’t allow the test to be taken twice (I had tried once a few weeks ago), I asked to switch to a different test instead. They then quoted ridiculous prices—between £300 and £500! When I provided a final test link from another company, they said I’d have to pay more because of the test type, which is absurd. When I asked for a refund, they ignored me and even accused me of lying about the test. Don’t waste your money—avoid these scammers at all costs. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. I hope u rot in hell.
I was told it's not a bad site, But free advice, before choosing any website or person to take your exams please make sure you have all the information on the same. There are thousands of websites out there pretending to help students but they are only interested in your money. Listen if you are not sure just use the known ones like Fiverr or Teratutors
I was 1 day before doing a game based test, and on the website it says 225 pounds to do the test. Because I was in a rush, they wanted to capitalize on this and offered to do the test for 522 pounds. The test is for 20 minutes, and they ask 522 pound lol. I rather not succeed then pay that amount.

So shocking,customer service takes ages to get back to you and tried offering me tests for £130 whEn they are £69 each on there site and he even had cheek to say prices are unrealistic and its 20 century lol even though prices are listed on his site for that.
They couldnt answer the question if they can get a high pass rate of 70% even though i asked 10 times,kept avoiding questions alot too.
When i forst asked about proces and dates,there reply was “sorry your not interested in this site”lol
