So I played a game last night and won a nice bit of money 💰, tried yo withdraw some and couldnt .. Now ive played bingo and other games for years, and what u win is yours ! Not it would seem on Take a break site ... I took out £40 and had £107 bonus still in my account that id won , well tab took it because id drawn out £ 40, makes no sense ..

Crap site i haven't played bingo on here in 10 years. So I thought id have a go..I deposited £10 and won £42.. I tried to withdraw my winnings only to get ..deposit wager hasn't been met.. what is that all about. TAB never had a wager deposit before..I tried contacting LIVE chat.. it dont exist , ive emailed them regarding my withdrawal .. personally its now totally crap..not as good as it was..

Deposits a fair bit as a new customer then won £905 asks for verification which I did contact customer service to query my winnings until now no response.

No problems. After I did verification have no problem with withdrawals, just don't come instantly but within a maximum of 12 hours, and my account is positive on deposits and withdrawals. Only problem I can't play so many live roulettes just couple of them, and they charge 2.50 every withdraw, this is why is 4 stars. If the company has slots from Nolimit City its a serious company

Oh dear what have they done used to be a lovely little site before they shut it and recently reopened it, so now is all the sane old slots on all the other sites and what on earth is the bingo all about used to enjoy age of the gods room no any more thanks TAB won't be playing anymore.

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Won some money on the bingo site and have been trying for 6 weeks to withdraw, only to keep being told that I need to verify my account by uploading ID documents. Have done this countless amounts of times, emailed several email addresses and have received no response. Disgusting customer service and there is no number to contact to speak to someone.

Never had an issue with this site always payout with withdrawals but I've went on today and it's took my deposit method off and won't let me re-add my card...trying to contact customer service is none existent

What a scam, signed up and got the sign up deal, won about £27 that became payable but they refuse to pay it out. Can't believe this is allowed to be honest. They have asked for loads of documents etc which I have provided but each time they say one of them isn't accepted!! Total scam, avoid!!

Ok site until it comes to paying you your winnings , as in they don't .... do not use this site happy to take your cash but not actually pay you any winnings ... shocking

Don't even want to give 1 star the website is a scam. Deposited £10 as a new player received £50 bonus no problem. Won a larger sum of money paid back the wager and some left over again no problem. Tried to withdraw the winnings but withdrawing was declined twice, asked to verify my account so sent the relevant items needed but still not able to withdraw the winnings. Have sent several emails asking for this to be rectified to no avail customer service is none existent, no phone number, no live chat option the link on the website is a dead end. Do yourself a favour and avoid!

Terrible company. Deposited some money with the intention of playing but having looked at the games I decided the site wasn’t for me so initiated a withdrawal of my cash. Took two days for confirmation email to confirm my refund and it stated 7-14 days to go back into my account.which is a joke in this day and age of bacs etc Now on day 17 and no refund or any response from take a break bingo. Absolute scammers. BEWARE !!!!

I joined this bingo site on 16/12/2024 I deposited £20 and only played 1 game on that day. Went to log on the following day and it said my log in details were incorrect. I emailed on 16th and 17th and have had no reply so far so I can't play or get my money back. Very poor customer service.

On Thursday the fh was £6 and the same repeat sws kept winning every game

Sat waiting nearly a month for my withdrawal.

Never had issues before, until this time, says 7-14 working days for a BACS withdrawal, currently on the 20th working day and still no sign. Shame though as I had previously enjoyed the site. Emailed and messaged to no avail.

Atrocious company, don't reply to messages or emails, been waiting for a withdrawal from 8th may and still hasn't gone in, but other withdrawals have,
Worst company I've ever dealt with, they employ staff petits us members who keep these employees in a job and if it wasn't for members they would be out of a job.
I have now seeked legal advice through my solicitor to get my money and didn't want to go down this way, but no option now as its a total disgrace for a company the size of it to ignore emails and messages, seems everyone on trustpilot has the same problems, maybe it's about time,trading standards or something like that should become involved with this company
