order made 3 weeks ago but never delivered, no news, no one answers the phone nor emails .. i'm very worried this company is fake and I was robbed...

I placed my order and payment accepted more than a week ago, and have not yet received any confirmation of shipping.
Very bad customer service. I've tried multiple times to contact them about two different orders and never got an answer. It has been weeks, even months now. My first package has been returned after I couldn't pick it up at the pick up point: no refund, no answer, no news (it has been months now). I've still decided to give it a second try and ordered a second time. The second order has never been sent: they contacted me to let me know one item was out of stock, but they never sent the rest. I've paid these two orders and never received any product. I've lost my money and I am very disappointed.
The glasses were broken when they arrives.
The shop doesn’t respond to mails. Need to complain via paypal.
