Moin Ashraf of Pioneer Holidays arranged a 12 day tour covering the Golden Triangle and Kerala. In addition he also arranged a visit for my wife and I to Pune. The drivers and tour guides were on time, knowledgeable and very helpful. Made our holiday enjoyable and pleasant. The 5 star hotels were excellent. Moin successfully coordinated the guides and drivers in every city to ensure they were punctual. We greatly enjoyed the 12 days in India and would highly recommend Pioneer Holidays.

We got into delhi late Friday afternoon, we decided to book a package with pioneer for the next day. Within a few minutes the package was worked out on WhatsApp! We opted for their car transport instead of the train because we weren't close to the station. Am glad we did. They turned up in a new big suv which was extremely clean and professionally driven (a welcome surprise in India!). The highway was very smooths and quick. Got to Agra in just under three hours. The tour was extremely well laid out yet flexible enough for us to spend extra time where we wanted to (I'm into photography so you can imagine being at the Taj was a dream). We had a fantastic lunch at a 5* hotel and this was definitely up to western expectations. Agra fort and the baby Taj were also very cool and our guide was extremely knowledgeable and courteous with a good sense of humour. We definitely recommend trying to get Shaan to take you around when in Agra. Brijesh (driver) was brilliant too. To be honest I was a little sceptical to begin with but the whole thing has been very smooth. Would definitely use again.
