Absolutely Brilliant, ordered first shirt and this wasn't quite right, Tailor Mark then rectified this by making me another shirt.
This fit was perfect, I have just ordered another 4 shirts.

Had to get a shirt measured up, it was a first for me. Had a great time. It was quick and easy and they made it very easy. Heaps of options even though I needed a fairly simple one. The best part is they have my measurements on file now so if I need another one or two I can just get them made. It’s brilliant

Firstly let me just say that Tailors Mark have incredible customer service. Their customer service rep, Sarah, went above and beyond to make sure my shirt fit correctly and that I had it in a matter of days.

As soon as I placed my order online, inputting my own measurements, I realised that the delivery time frame (3-4 weeks) would be cutting it close to my upcoming wedding. I emailed support asking if their was anything I could do to speed the process up and Sarah replied back stating not to worry and that my my order on was now on priority and will be express posted at not cost. 8 days later I received my shirt. Incredible service.

The shirt was made of excellent quality and had all the signs of a well put together quality shirt. The shirt fit almost perfectly and felt great to wear. The 2 problems I had were:

1) The shirt was too short. I take a bit of responsibility here as the shirt was actually the correct measurement based on the figures I put in. The front and back of the shirt were a good length, it t was the sides that were too short. I hadn't accounted for the difference in height between the front/back of the shirt and the sides as the sides are shorter creating a small arc taken out of the sides to create a modern look. What this meant was that although the shirt would tuck in completely, with a bit of excess moving about, the bottom of the seams on the side would just pop out of the pants. This just meant it was a shirt with a little bit of restrictive movement, not ideal but by no means a deal breaker,

2) The sleeves were a bit loose. I had selected the "Tailored but not too tight" fit. The chest, back, and stomach area fit perfectly to the description and my supplied measurements. In comparison to the fit of the rest of the shirt, the sleeves looked a little too loose. I said, again, not a deal breaker, no big deal.

I emailed support notifying them of the outcome of my shirt and ultimately said that the shirt was wearable but provided some feedback for the ordering process so that others wouldn't encounter the same issue I did and not consider the difference in height between the sides and the front/back of he shirt. A simple note letting people know would easily suffice.

Sarah, replied to my email saying that they would happily remake my shirt, fix what needed fixing, put it on priority again, and have it express posted to me so that I can have it in time for my wedding. I didn't even ask for a remake, but this just proves their commitment to a 100% fit guarantee.

Absolutely incredible service, I can't recommend Tailors Mark enough. I will certainly be buying all of my dress shirts from these guys.

Tailors Mark is excellent. I ordered a suit a couple of months ago and the material, finishing and fit are perfect. Highly recommended.

Quality and timely

Slightly more expensive than other online custom shirt sites but worth it for the quality. Fairly good shipment times too and the ability to order fabric samples is a nice plus.

Really good fit, the sleeves were just a tad long. But overall a good fit. Will order again.

Tailors Mark is a clothier with a tremendous number of shirt options. I am looking forward to receiving the shirt. Generally the site has excellent functionality. One suggestion is to allow direct access to shirt details from the favourites.
