Bought a gift, won't stop hounding me for reviews
ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE: Shirts should be advised that they run extremely small. I have never had a 2X fit me in that way. I had to fight with repeated emails to get the exception of a refund. The number of emails required to get my first order ever with this company was a horrible experience. The customer service had the audacity to say, usually customers buy one shirt to see how they fit, before ordering more. I had to email the executive management team for assistance. Buyers beware, because they tried to give me store credit, that could not be used because there was only 1 shirt in stock that could possibly fit me. This first experience will be my last.
Update Reply to Tailorbyrd Comment: Please understand that you did not give me full refund willingly. The original customer service rep Rinie, that responded to me was horrible. It was typical to blame the customer. I had to email your company execs to get a satisfactory response. It’s amazing that you would come on here to defend this honest 1st time customer experience with your company. There are no warnings that your shirts run extremely small. I expect that from other countries, but not from a company that takes pride and boasts that its products are made in NY. I was honest in my reply that you gave me a refund, minus the shipping costs, but let's be honest that it was not a pleasant process. The way I was dealt with as a first-time customer was a horrible experience, and it’s appalling that you defend it with sarcastic reply. I have a shirt that was gifted, that I like a lot and thought I could get more, but I was sadly mistaken. I don’t have a problem with your quality, I have a problem with your SERVICE. As the saying states, "People won't remember much of what you said, but how you made them feel." My feeling is that I would never order another thing from your company.

I have 4-5 dress shirts and a sport coat I bought at TJX stores and Nordstrom that I love and have held up 5+ years of regular wear (once per week)
. Stay away from their online store…recently ordered 3 dress shirts and 2 pants and the fabric texture, feel and look wouldn’t pass Walmart standards. Very disappointing. They were also final sale so no returns.
I ordered a sport coat and it was shipped took a long time and received very late. I was expecting to take it with me on a month-long international trip. Instead, it arrived while I was gone. And when I got back, it didn't fit. So I tried to return it, but they are not responding and have ignored 2 of my requests. Do not recommend buying anything for them.As you will not get any customer service.
I ordered the same size shirt that I wear with most every brand. Tailorbyrd shirts run small (didn't know that important piece of information before I ordered) and they have now REFUSED to exchange the shirts I purchased for the proper size. I wanted the shirts, but they are not willing to work with me.
Follow up: taylorbyrd.com agreed to exchange the shirts for the proper size ONLY AFTER I took to social media. Never using them again!
