I've been using TagScout since November…
I've been using TagScout since November and happy with the results and service. They recently included a post scheduler that is awesome too.. I haven't seen any other tools provide so much in one package.

Scam

They will continue charging your card even after you've cancelled your services. I now have to try and find a solution withmy bank to get them barred.
As for their 'service', they create loads of fake instagram accounts that interact with yours, so you do not create any real engagement. Also the 'targeting' is hardly applied, so you get to mostly 'like' accounts entirely outside your defined audience.

Nothing but regrets, what a scam
Their website claims there is no subscription system and no recurring payment and that you can cancel anytime and get a refund for unused activity time. I cancelled 3 weeks ago, disconnected my instagram, changed my instagram password and stopped using their system and got charged again out of nowhere today. Contacted customer services who said you need to give 30 days notice to cancel your subscription. Very different than what their website actually says. Filed a complaint with the Canadian Consumer Protection agency for their misleading information.
