Not at all what the description was. I ordered the stevie nicks denim sleevless jacket. What I got was a button down shirt with pictures on it. Not patches on an actual denim jacket. Not worth almost $50 at all. Will not be ordering again.

These shirts are great.,Theyre colourful and vibrant , the pictures are detailed, they'll put any picture of your own on a shirt, just email them . Pictures are on the front of the shirt as well as the back in an all over print . You can have the same pic on both or one pic on the front and a different pic on the back. The shipping is only U.S $4.99 & it's cheaper the more shirts you buy. Over $200 is free shipping. . They have a range of sizes. The material is comfortable & not heavy . I got shirts of white zombie, rob zombie, iron maiden , exodus, anthrax & down. They're brilliant . I'll be buying many more. They have regular discount coupons too, check the homescreen & I was offered a discount coupon after one of my orders. I've received all my orders in good time. If you have any problems just email them and they'll sort everything out.I always got a reply within 24 hours. If they don't reply within 24 hours just be patient , they have a lot of orders . 👍

Don't buy from them 😔
Ordered from this company a pair of shoes that were custom logo and then in a size bigger. Also ordered a custom logo shirt hoodie. Received the product but the shoes were too small, and hoodie was too big. Reached out to the company in their chat and they responded back a day later saying we have no refund or exchange policy so I'm just stuck with the pair of shoes too small that will never be worn again and paid over $80 for, the hoodie I can accept being bigger, but the shoes is pointless. Makes no sense you can't exchange or get a refund on something you're not able to wear but you paid for. They make no attempt to fixing the situation so there is no point in buying from them again. Pretty much they lost a lot of sales because other people were asking where I purchased my hoodie and shoes from because they were matching and I won't tell them because of this website's response about their refund and exchange policy. Once again I would advise you to shop elsewhere it's not worth it. Especially if you're buying shoes or clothing, no sense than you buying shoes two size bigger because the company can't send you the correct size nor your clothing coming twice the size you asked for. This company needs to learn how to cater to the customer if they want to keep customers. And I'm not saying bending over backwards to cater to the customer, but when a customer's asking for some help on a issue in their order, customer courtesy help them.

The size chart for them is off and the quality is very bad. Not worth $100 dollars for some knock of shoes probably made by slave kids on another country. Save your money.

Everything exactly as described in website.
Initially our research of the customer reviews were concerning so we reduced our order from 12 to 5 shirts. We also contacted the company by phone and online. Response tImes and answers to our questions satisfied us, so order done Feb. 28/23. Just as the terms indicate delivery was within the 20 to 30 days after order date (24).
Our order was perfect. We were provided with a tracking site for our order that was updated as our order was processed to the day we got delivery. We also received a discount due our size of order (5) and an offer for additional discount on our next order.
This rating is a no brainer 5 STARS. Great job! We will be ordering again.

I made several orders with Tagotee and they had some trouble with getting my orders. I thought that it was another scam,but I was very wrong. They went over and above to make sure that my orders were made, delivered and in perfect condition. I said to anyone who want great clothes, jackets and many other products that are made with excellent fabrics and will not fade or degrade with years of wear, then you can trust Tagotee to give you your money's worth all the time. And I will be buying more of their products, because they sell great to wear clothing.

What a poor website and no answer from customer service. I tried placing an order and it won't process. I tried going to online chat and was never connected to live chat. I emailed them and no response. After reading all of the bad reviews I'm glad it didn't process. Too bad, cause my daughter really wanted a sweatshirt for Christmas that they have. Hopefully I can find it elsewhere.
